And then we take it one step deeper by adding a second product line with equally strong connections to the American palate and menu: ice cream. Not just any ice cream, but a uniquely American homemade premium ice cream product called “frozen custard,” produced fresh in house hourly.

Burgers-N-Cream franchise offers two major profit centers in one location, packaged in an appealing Fast Casual concept. The “cream” part of Burgers-N-Cream offers a strong draw for the dinner day part (a traditional hamburger challenge) with family business and increased check averages (approximately $10) – the premium ice cream, by itself, can account for a good portion of sales.

Burgers-N-Cream opened in 1999 as a quick serve restaurant and upgraded to the fast casual segment with our second location in 2006. The first franchise location will be open October 2008 in Franklin, TN featuring the new prototype design and a corporate training store is also slated to open in Paducah, KY by November 2008. Currently there is prospective interest in the Atlanta, Knoxville, Louisville, Memphis, and Jacksonville markets.
