A Day In The Life Of A Omega Learning Centers Franchise Owner:
Welcome to my world! Owning an Omega Learning Centers franchise is extremely rewarding and actually a life-changing experience.
I can paint a picture of your day. When you get to work in the morning you look with pride at your very own learning center where countless kids are scheduled to arrive hours from now. You need to check the messages, both phone and email. Then you prep your center for your deserving students who are soon arriving. Some of your students are in your own neighborhood and many others travel a bit from other areas because of Omega's unmatched value and incomparable service you offer.
You may arrive at your center anywhere between 9 -10 am. After getting the center ready for after-school tutoring you are busy with walk-in customers inquiring about the services you offer. The great news is you have proprietary curriculum and offer everything from Pre-Kindergarten to High School and SAT Preparation. It's wonderful to be able to help so many people.
Honestly, you meet so many people with this franchise. It's wonderful to simply be approached for information about what you have to offer, but even more fulfilling when you can help these families and show them the results! Your Conference Director will show these results. The Woodcock Johnson assessment proves it. Each student is post tested after their program has ended. Aside from the financial rewards, what a blessings to be able to do this for so many people!
When the tutoring begins at 3 pm, the elementary students will begin to arrive. Then, as the Middle School and High School aged students finish their day at school and after school activities, they arrive at your center with homework and projects in hand. Some straight from the practice field in full football gear! It's wonderful! Our Center Director greets the arriving students with a warm smile and licorice. It's a small home town feel, no matter whether your center is in the middle of the country, or in the heart of downtown!
I couldn't imagine starting OR finishing my day without Omega in my life. It's made a life changing difference, not just for me, but for so many children and young adults I know personally. What a fantastic feeling.
When all is done in your center for the day and your lights go off, you look around at the empty tables awaiting tomorrow's students, and KNOW you are doing the right thing in your life. That's a day in my life. Enjoy.
