    Our Regional Developers help recruit, train and coach new franchise owners within their regions. The responsibility of a Regional Developer is twofold – they are expanding the Synergy HomeCare brand both through the addition of new franchisees in their region and by supporting the growth of those local franchisees. Regional Developers have a unique opportunity to reap the benefits of being part of the home care industry without providing direct care to clients - instead their main focus is implementing growth strategies to help franchises within their regions reach more clients.     Franchise training and support is the key to successful business. As you will see, our non-medical franchisee training is the most comprehensive in the industry.
    • Training - Our training program ensures that each franchisee has the knowledge and tools needed to start and grow their own Synergy HomeCare franchise. You will be assigned a franchise startup representative who will guide you and ensure your startup is smooth and successful. A pre-class workbook guides the new franchisee through the critical research they need to successfully conduct business in their local area. Then a five day training program is conducted at corporate headquarters to discover all aspects of the Synergy HomeCare operating systems.
    Additional areas of support include:
    • Staffing - Capitalize on our extensive recruitment strategy through our exclusive relationship with a national staffing and recruitment firm.
    • Marketing - Core customer research is very important to us, which is why Synergy HomeCare has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars to help identify what our clients want and expect when they start services with Synergy HomeCare.
    • Software - Exceptional software is essential to running a successful franchise. We integrated a Web-based scheduling software solution that gives you the power to start up and run your franchise effectively and efficiently.
